As coaches, we see ourselves as process consultants and sparring partners in order to create new insights and broaden the spectrum of options.


Our coaches are trained in organizational psychology, systemic organizational consulting and transactional analysis. Each of our coaches also brings their own leadership experience from international companies.


Our expertise does not come from pure theory, but from over 30 years of coaching experience.
