Prof. Dr. Claudia Schneider

Founder & Managing Director

Fearlessness in rugged terrain, curious caution, humor, and pragmatism, along with a healthy dose of life and consulting experience, distinguish her. She is connectable across various industries, with a client portfolio ranging from business enterprises to non-profit organizations, and even public administrations and academic institutions. Her focus lies in innovative and solution-oriented consulting approaches. Her mission: to provide optimal support in addressing future challenges such as digitalization, modern organizational design, and contemporary leadership development. As a doctorate in work and organizational psychology, she combines scholarly foundations with her own leadership experience from past and current roles. Among other positions, she served as the Head of Organizational and Personnel Development at Mercedes-Benz AG and currently leads the Competence Center for Digitalization at the University of Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg. She is a Senior Coach DBVC and heads the Reflacta office in Stuttgart. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and water sports. She lives near Stuttgart with her family and her dog, Hiro.

Dr. Kai Kochmann

Founder & Managing Director

Intercultural trainings and transformation processes are his specialty. He has been working for companies in Europe, Asia and the USA for years - always where complexity meets interculturality. As a systemic coach and transactional analyst, he proceeds carefully and with analytical acumen.  For the benefit of his customers he might touch topics and gives feedback where it hurts. He also prepares managers and politicians for key-notes and media appearances. Kai studied Medicine and Romance languages and also completed a degree in Communication & Marketing. After holding management positions at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and Bertelsmann AG, he founded the consulting group Reflacta with Claudia Schneider in 2008. As an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, Kai leverages this powerful tool to help his clients gain deeper self-awareness and improve team dynamics, leading to more effective communication and collaboration. He heads the Berlin office where he lives with his family. His hobbies are wine, cooking, photography, evenings with friends and hunting with his Labrador Retriever, Moya.
